Dear Stephanie,
I hope that you find this letter in good health. I've wanted to write to you for a long time but unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance. I was informed that you met with an accident a few days ago. Believe me mate, I can’t even notify you how anguished I am to hear of your misfortune. I am thankful that you were not more gravely hurt.
Your peace of mind is significant while you mend. I am praying to God to help you recover as soon as possible. When I met with an accident a few years ago, I was advised to visit a physiotherapist once I removed my plaster bandage. This really helped me gain back my movement smoothly and I will advise you the same.
Additionally, do take a healthy diet, rich in calcium content, and go for a half an hour walk daily, as soon as the doctor permits it. I was looking forward to meet you personally but unfortunately, my leave letter wasn’t sanctioned.
