Subject: Construction of bicycle-stand
Sir:
Respectfully I wish to state that I am the student of your school. I am writing to you to bring to your notice that our school urgently needs a bicycle-stand. A majority of students from the adjoining areas commute to school on bicycles. However, there is no proper provision of bicycle stand on the campus. Students just park their bicycles in the ground. Owing to this the playing space becomes reduced; the bicycles also fall and are damaged.
I on behalf of all the students who use bicycle and the inconvenience related to lack of proper stand, appeal to you to have a proper bicycle stand constructed in the school. Thanking you.
