With due respect, I, the undersigned want to state most humbly that my cousin sister is going to be married on 24th instant and the reception is going to be arranged on the next day. Therefore, I have to go to Howrah on 23rd with my family. I want a leave for those mentioned 3 days.

I would therefore request you to kindly grant me leave of absence for those days only. A letter from my mother is attached in supports of my words.
