I would like to bring to your notice that my father Mr. ZZZ is a customer of your bank and is having a savings account in your bank branch for the past 5 years. He had lost his ATM card. Therefore I request you to issue a new one.
My father had already received an ATM card for his account. But it was lost when we visited the Zoo last week. We searched as much as possible, but could not get it. We had also informed the Zoo authorities and have waited for one week.
But it had not been found. My father finds it difficult to withdraw money without it. So I request you to provide a new card.
