write a letter to a bookkeeper complaining about the wrong delivery of books


Mau1402: pls tell me whether u want the letter in formal or informal format.......
Mau1402: and do you want only the body of the letter or the whole thing...???

Sir/Madam,
Subject: Wrong delivery of Books from your shop
             On 9 October 2016, I had ordered 3 books from your shop and had opted for home delivery as the books were not available at that present time.Your shop attendant had told me that those books would arrive by 11 October 2016 and I would get my parcel by 12 or 13. I did get my parcel on the 13 indeed! I was very pleased with your shop's speedy delivery. But turns out , that I got 3 other books instead of the ones I had ordered.I have been coming to shop at your Book Stores since a long time and this has never happened before. 
           It is a request if you could kindly come back to get the books that I have got and replace them with the books that I had previously ordered. I hope this will be resolved soon. I look forward to your reply and would  wait until the end of this month. If no action is taken,  I would have to seek help of a Consumer Protection Agency.
