Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am your old customer. I have ordered many books from your book depot. Last week also I have ordered a famous book 'Wings of Fire'.
Yesterday, I got the parcel and I was so excited to open it. But when I opened the parcel, I found that the book was completely in damaged condition. It was not binded properly. This was really a bad experience for me. You should take care it properly while packaging the parcel.
I request you kindly replace the book and send me back the new one.
Hope you will send me new book as early as possible.
