Dear Sir,

I regret very much to inform you that the books send by you in execution of my order dated………., (book name) is in a damaged condition and (another book name) is wanting in 8 pages (pp. 113-120). These are therefore, returned to you in a registered cover.

May I request you to replace them at your convenience and to enclose in your order here to the postage stamps I had to buy in sending them back?

I shall be be very thankful to u if u consider my letter. I will look for a positive response.

dear sir,

as you know that yesterday i purchase one book from you , but as i open a book what i see it is defective piece . it damage a lot , lot of pages are missing.

i request you to give me a new piece which isn't damage please sir. i hope you will give me a new book
