Dear Sam,

I have something tragic to tell you but you must first not panic or do anything crazy. I went to the doctor the other day; he made me take some tests and finally got them back today. I'm dying Sam, my time is finally come, please meet me this weekend for dinner to say our goodbyes. You were always there for me, I just wish I could have been more of a better friend. I love you and I'm so happy I met you.
