Dear Amit:
I hope this letter finds you in good health and upbeat
spirits. I also hope uncle must have recovered by now. Well, i am going to
share with you a few of the memories about the picnic that you could not join
because of uncle’s sudden illness. The picnic to Manali was just awesome. The
company of friends combined with the unrestricted sense of freedom that we felt
in one another’s company made this picnic memorable for lifetime. The only
thing about the picnic that we did not like was your absence.
We ate the food of our choice at Punjabi restaurants; we
went to all the places of beauty in our own car. We have clicked thousands of
pictures which I will send you soon. We spent considerable time on the banks of
Beas. The current of water is exceedingly swift and pure here. We went to
Rohtang pass also had a ride on the snow bikes. We slept quite late every night we were there.
We did a lot of shopping also. I have bought a few things for you that I will
give you on our next meeting. The rest is fine. Give regards to uncle and aunt.
Yours affectionate,
XYZ

Dear Smith,
Hey! How are you? The picnic to Mahabaleshwar was fantastic. But we missed you. I came to know about your father's illness yesterday. Hope he recover soon.
By the way when we reached Mahabaleshwar we where awful to see the scenic beauty of the Hill sation there. But we were missing you. But overallthe tour was enjoyable we stayed for 2 day 1 night there. We visited many tourist spots and hill points. our guide was Mr kailash jadhav he explained us each and every thing very properly.
We are planning to go to Rajasthan next vacations. And you have to come compulsorily.
