FLIPKART !! big name but not at all standing or making an effort to maintain the name.

I have ordered one HONOR 9i Mobile with Exchange offer of my Old Mobile on Sat, Dec 30th '17 10:59 PM. Order ID OD111150997855726000.

Worth of Rs.12489/- after exchange discount.

Delivery guy took my phone as confirmed the exchange. But I've got different item than ordered

Instead I have been sent another phone which much lesser value of bill amount. Being a regular customer, I politely raised the complaint regarding the same and expect a quick action from such a big brand.

Till toady I am religiously following up with the so called highly efficient team of Flipkart and still could not get a specific answer from them. Every mail sent by them has an automated answer - "Your Issue will escalated soonest and the same will be resolved within 2 days from the date of mail received". This has been repeated thrice till now (which is 4th Jan went to 8th Jan) and still not sure by the team whether they can resolve the issue by committed date.

I am not sure now also I will get the product which I actually paid for. This experience has changed my view on a brand. I won't dare to do any other shopping from Flipkart now and would like to safeguard my friends also.
