You have always been a very kind, considerate neighbour to us, and I am very really sorry to have to write this letter to you. I am sure, however, that you will not misunderstand me.
As you are possibly aware, I am busy preparing for the S.S.C examination. The loud noise of your TV disturbs me and I find it very difficult to concentrate on studies. Perhaps you may not be aware of this when you are watching TV, especially during the late hours at night. I will be greatly obliged if you could kindly instruct your family members to turn down the volume of the TV set.
I am sure you will understand my problem and comply with my request.
I am really sorry if you feel offended by this note, but let me assure you once again that no offence is intended. This is just a friendly request.
