Dear Mr Karthik  

Let me start with welcoming you to our locality. I am Raghu staying in the independent house just two houses away from yours. Ours is a friendly locality and everyone is ready to help one another any time of the day.  

Every Sunday, we have an association meeting followed by a small get-together and high tea at a resident’s house. This Sunday, this is being done at our house. I welcome you to join us. Do let me know if you would need any assistance in settling down in our locality. I will be glad to help.
