Subject : Complaint against lack of winter vacations .
Newspapers being the cheapest and the most common mode of mass communication , I ______(Name ) a resident of _______(Place) wish to use its full potential in expressing my views regarding the schools lacking winter vacations .
There are many schools in our town where there have been no vacations allotted even on the eve of this chilling winter . Students are forced to attend classes in the chilling winter mornings . Even after the government notice ,many school didn't give any winter vacations .
There needs to be strict action taken to tackle the issue. Schools must follow the rules of government and the issues generated. This would be convincing for both the students as well as the teachers .
Above mentioned are the views of a Layman whose only purpose in writing this letter is to gear the concerned authorities into action . I hope my letter finds some space in the columns of your esteemed newspaper .

The winter is going on but our principal not giving us winter vacation . Every school are remain suspend, except our school is not suspend.
