With due respect I would like to state before you that I am a student of class VIII and I am writing you this letter in order to ask you the permission for become chief guest and judge of our shooting pistol event.

We are going to held a 25 metre pistol shooting event on third of December,2018. The event would be held in the school at 1:30 p.m.
It would run till 7:00 p.m. Our principal would also be present at the moment.

Therefore, I humbly request you to become the chief guest and judge of the event. I would be very thankful to you for this kind favour.
