Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to you to complain about a trip I booked through your travel agency. I arrived in kedarnath on 26th Feb and returned on 5th March. I thought this would be a dream vacation, however, this was my worst trip ever. I have a lot of problems with this trip.
First, the bus was delayed. I know it's not just your fault, but I was hoping to be at the hotel at 4pm not 11pm. Second, in your brochure I read that it is a quiet hotel, mostly families. I only saw two families though, one of the other tourists was young people who wanted to be apart all day. Also, the hotel is located in the center of town, between someone's ranch and dance classes.
I was looking forward to my stay, but I was very disappointed. Therefore, I think you should refund half the cost of the stay.
I hope you will not do this again with someone else.
