I hope you are well and enjoying your new course. It is really exciting that you are going to visit my side of the world. I'm more than happy to give you some information.
First of all, I would suggest that you have to find a good tavern to stay in. I can do that for you, as I do know some hotel owners and they do have English speaking staff. There is a long list of places to visit but in my opinion, from what I know about you, I think you should visit the golden temple, botanic garden, art gallery and a few other historical places. You might want to explore the museum as well. We do have pubs and clubs and for convenience, they all are on one street. on top of this, they remain open 24 hours every day.
Last but not least, don't forget to bring plenty of warning clothes as it will be freezing cold by the time you arrive here.

Friend our Manali is a colder place so dont forget to bring warm cloth with you.
