I am a citizen of Jule Solapur and recently have been getting news about Domestic violence against women in Jule Solapur.
I have read tons and tons of your articles and have heard and seen your work towards the restoring of women's self-esteem. And that is why, I am writing this letter to u as I know you are going to help all the women who suffer from domestic violence, the women who need to face it every day.
Recently, in Chamba nagar a lady was brutally harassed by her husband. Her parents didn't help her nor did any of her closed ones which led to her to have only option -suicide.And this not just one case, it's just the similar story of many women in jule solapur.The letter wouldn't be enough to cover all the tragic strories which are neglected by both -police and government.
If we all stay together, we can fight against it with all our strength and teach the women to fight who are taught that domestic violence is just normal.I hope you soon reply my letter.
