Subject: Complaint regarding damaged books
Sir:
I am writing to your good self to lodge complaint against the poor service provided by your company. I had placed order for some books and stationery items on March 20, 2020 from your company. I regret to inform that I received damaged goods. However, when I opened the parcel to see whether any damage had been done to goods or not, I found the goods in bad shape. Most of them were broken. There were many scratches on them. It means they had not been treated with care during the transportation. I appeal to you to look into the matter and replace the damaged goods.
Yours truly,
Sunil

Subject: Complaint about the damaged condition of book.
Dear sir,
I am your regular customer. Almost every year I order different books from your book depot. But this time some of the books delivered at my place were damaged. Some were torn. Pages of some books were crumpled. Besides, some books are defective.
I am really upset to receive such damaged books. So I request you to exchange the same books with undamaged ones.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
XYZ.
