dear sir,

I'm a regular traveller from my home to office and office to home through the public transport from your bus depot. I'm not having any other mode of transport . whenever I got late my salary was diducted.

The bus depot of our city is not working well as the busses are not arriving regularly and on time. This is a very big headache for the working population.
