Sub: Unavailability of Channels in the pack- reg.

I have paid for Hindi regional channels and sports channels. But I cannot view Star sports select, colours and some other channels. I have been charged for these channels monthly without even seeing it.

I paid for it the previous month and complained about it to the person collecting money. There were no measures taken to solve the issue. Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
