Respected Sir,

I, Rekha, a citizen of Telangana wants to convey one wish to you for our state. As it is well known that our state is one of the state in India which is lacking behind in literacy rate. The literacy rate of our state according to the census of 2018 was 66.46%.

So, my one wish for our state is that policies to improve literacy of our state be made. The professor of Kakatiya University, Professor Jayashankar, wrote a paper on the situation but nothing happened.

So, I kindly request you sir to make policies accordingly.
