Shri Dev Prakash, the holder of Ration Depot No. 39 indulges in several malpractices. He gives short measure of commodities and even mixes defective cereals and sugar by opening the sacks. He mixes water in kerosene oil and even gives short measure of it. Sometimes, he just puts off the customers saying that the stock of a particular commodity is nil. Then he sells that stock in the black-market.
Therefore, deterrent action should be taken against Shri. Dev Prakash.
