I am Chitti Saharsh , resident of chandrapur . It is noticed that some of the people are playing the high loud music in the late night. They just want a occasion to play song and their speakers are always ready to burst out. This is the exam period going on and their are many students who are unable to study because of this loud noise. There are many old aged people with heart problems.

All the people living in this locality are facing some severe problems because of these people using the speakers. It is a humble request from all to take strict action against these people.
