Dear Sir,

I am Reena, a regular customer of the site amazon.in. This is to bring to your notice, the quality of customer service that has been degrading from the past few months. The delivery packets are being swapped between different postal addresses.

I have ordered a pair of sandals last month. I didn’t receive the sandals on time, but the data on the site displayed that it was delivered. So I had to make a number of calls to connect to the concerned department. They acknowledged me that the courier is still on the way and that it was an error in the system that it displays a wrong message. They promised that the delivery would be done at the most within 3 days. It has been a week and I haven’t received my order yet. I have been trying to check with the concerned department about the courier but there is no correct response yet.

Requesting you to please take the necessary action.

I am writing this letter to complain about the kind of service; your company has been providing as of late.

Last week, I had ordered a set of china sets, which came broken.

The packaging was not up to the mark, which damaged the product.

When I returned the product, I was told that I would get refunded within 4-5 working days and it has 25 days since.

There is no more communication on the part of the seller.

I sincerely hope that you will look into the matter, and refund the amount.
