Dear Sir,

 

First, please accept our sincere thanks for taking the time
to read this letter.

 Sir, everyone in our school looks forward to the annual
picnic that is held in the month of January every year.  This time too, it is only 2 months away. 

Therefore, we request you in advance to book a bus for our school. We will be
needing the bus at our school premises at 7 am in the morning of January 9th.

We know that you are a very busy person with so many
responsibilities at hand. So, we will write once again, a month earlier to
remind you of the booking.
