5 Dhruv Apartments    Patparganj  New Delhi  October 12, 2017     The Editor  The Indian Express  New Delhi  Subject: Massive Outbreak of Dengue Due to Lack of Cleanliness   Sir:  I am writing to you to express my deep concern and anguish over the very critical issue of insanitary condition in Patparganj caused by watter logging after the rains. Our locality is a literal hell of squalor, garbage heaps, broken roads, overflowing manholes, stagnated water, and reeking smell.  As a result malaria, dengue, Chikanguniya, and viral fever are quite rampant at the outset of the autumn season. The outbreak of these fatal diseases has already taken heavy toll in our locality.  The inefficiency of Municipal authorities is so hopeless; in spite of repeated requests, reminders and complaints, no action has been taken to relive us of our distress. Through the medium of your esteemed daily I appeal to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and take speedy measures to bail us out of our plight. I also appeal to the people not to take any fever lightly. Dengue is accompanied by constant high fever, body ache, shivering, and incessant restlessness.  In case of the above mentioned symptoms, the qualified doctor must be consulted. People must keep their bodies fully covered and must not allow any stagnation of water. I hope you will give my views some space in your reputed daily. Thanking you.  Yours truly,  Sumit  Read more on Brainly.in - https://brainly.in/question/1733009#readmore

Subject- Letter regarding the rapid spread of dengue cases in my locality.

Sir,

With due respect, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority about the rapid spread of dengue cases in my locality. There has been a rapid increase in the water-pollution and accumulation of wastes because of which there has been a rapid increase of mosquitoes who are the cause of the disease. It is because of the unclean environment that such diseases are taking birth. In such a critical situation, a serious step needs to be taken to put an end to the issue.

I hope that an immediate action will be taken by the concerned authority as soon as possible.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours Truly
