Subject: Concern about the Stray Animals
With full respect, I would like to draw the attentions of NDM commissioner towards the problem of stray dogs roaming freely in our locality through your newspaper. Stray dogs population is increasing day by day and it is gaining more and more attention in our locality.
It's getting dangerous for children to play out the house because some of the dogs out of nowhere attack the people. There are 2 to 3 people that are bitten by them and got admitted to hospital.
It's getting hard to walk in our locality without fearing. Whenever a person passes by the dogs they follow them or bite them. They spread all the garbage that are kept on the side of the street so on the next day sweeper can take it. Because of them many diseases spread.
I'm doing all of this because this matter is out of our tolerance now. Everyone in the locality is very troubled with this. I hope that the concerned authorities must look into the matter seriously and must take some prompt and necessary action to overcome this problem. And if the problem will be solved its credit will be goes to you. I am waiting for your response.

Dear Sir ,
I will be obliged to find space in your esteemed daily for sharing my views on the topic mentioned above . The number of stray animals has been increasing in our city since last few years . This includes cows , pigs , dogs , donkeys etc . They all can be seen roaming on the streets anytime . They causes a great nuisance and inconvenience to the drivers as well as the passer by . They have also become the reasons of accidents on the busy roads . The city roads have already a lot of traffic jams , these animals add extra problem to the peoples . They creates hurdle in the traffic .
Through the column of your daily newspaper i would like to urge the concerned authorities to look into the matter and take effective steps as soon as possible .
