through the outset of this letter let me wish congrats for the initiative taken to discuss the problem of brain drain.
the brain drain is a sociological problem. beside being so it is the fruit of 4x generation mental bent towards unconventional method of choosing career.
nowadays we live in a global village where we expect to find solution to any problem everywhere and anywhere irrespective of job, education etc etc
now as every action has both sides negative and positive so is this brain drain
people tend to search more and more whether it is job satisfaction, experty knowledge. so this brain drain
now a socio political system had to change more open minded it has to become more innovation more modern open minded system more development practically needed
