Respected Sir/Madam
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities. I am writing this letter to express my deep concern on the issue of vulgarity in punjabi songs.
Although punjabi songs are loved by alot of people but the kind of language and phrases used in these songs are considerably vulgure.
Not only the youngsters listen to the songs but also the kids who don't even have any idea about the vulgarity of the language and phrases they listen through the songs and then speak out the language in monkey like imitation without any idea of what they are saying.
This may seem to be a very small issue but it is directly or indirectly messing up the kids language.
What we as elders can do is stop kids from hearing these vulgure songs in order to avoid difficult circumstances.
I hope I was able to make my point clear to you and also you would help me in resolving this issue by publishing this letter in your reputed daily.
Thank You
