Subject: Rampant exploitation in the private sector
Sir:
I am writing this letter to express my deep concern and anguish over a very serious problem that is slowing the progress of the nation. The problem is the evil of exploitation of employees in the private sector. Private Sector companies are just wrenching and extracting blood out of the employees.
The first and foremost exploitation is low salary. These companies don’t pay salaries according to the pay-scales and guidelines set by the Government. The second most exploitative practice being done is depriving the employees of the welfare privileges such as EPF and gratuity. They withhold such facilities from them. Thirdly, they are paid salaries quite late every month.
If any employee dares to defy them, he/she is fired. Voices for justice are crushed by the evil nexus of the influential company owners, politicians, bureaucrats, and police. Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I appeal to the concerned authorities to look into the plight of employees working in the private sector and pass strict rules and regulations to protect their interests. I hope you will give my views enough space in your reputed daily.
Yours truly,
Kabir Manchanda

Subject- Letter about exploitation in the private sector.
Sir,
With due respect, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority towards the growing exploitation of the people in the private sector. The increasing competition' in the market has led to the over-exploitation of the human resources in every field. There have been cases which have reduced the humanity and let to the materialism rule the people. There needs to be an awareness among the people about the issue at the earliest.
Hope this issue would be resolved by the concerned authority as soon as possible.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours truly,
Kamal
