Respected Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily I would like to raise my opinions on the unhygienic conditions of the picnic spot of XYZ (place name).
XYZ is the favorite picnic spot of the people of of this city. No matter why everyone choose this place to be their picnic spot. This place has got pleasant weather with bright sunshine and cool breeze. But nowadays this place has become unfit for the visitors to spend their picnic as there is litter everywhere and can also become place of breeding of mosquitoes due to the polluted water. Some people come and enjoy her but they throw all the waste materials here and there and leave the place by making it dirty. This problem should be overcomed by taking some preventive measures. There should be strict rules for the visitors to keep the place clean and tidy. Litter should be thrown in the dustbins only and the surroundings should be kept clean. If the rules are unfollowed by anyone then there should be charging of fine against them.
Until people follow the rules and cooperate with municipalities there will be no change. I hope you publish my opinions and spread awareness about this serious issue in your newspaper.
