Respected Sir,
Being an active citizen of our country I'm pleased to share some suggestive measure to issue in ur edition.
Animals are the gifts of God to us and we should be concern about them . Seeing the state of the animals in metropolitan cities like Mumbai we can say that people are not at all concern about animals. If a person feeds a animal like stary dogs that dog would feel itself fortunate enough. Some small actions like this could help our animals live peacefully.
Lastly I would like to add, If a dog bites a person he will hate more 100 dogs but if u feed a dog he will give respect to another 100 person and see each person with hope .
