Respected Sir,
I beg to state The new Justice Secretary, Mr X , is right to mention that out our justice system has enough scope of improvement and should be better.
It is quite encouraging to know that a refreshing change is going to happen.
It is a good matter to hear Lord Chancellor to highlight the issue of highly confusing and complicated our legal system is.
Our slow court processes are a great punishment for the victims, witnesses and defendants all together.
Many court workers are already frustrated by the reality of how successive government policies have not addressed this issue.
Such a system must be reasonable. It should pay respect to every one.
At the same time unbiased to operate and to give people a voice.
