The Editor, Mumbai Times. Sir, it is becoming the most tough day by day to drive through the express Highways in Kandivalli owing to the enormous traffic jams.  One needs to start at least 2 hours prior to schedule to reach even to travel 10 km. The footpaths are occupied by the hawkers, and 50% of the roads are blocked by parked vehicles. Through this letter, I draw the attention of the police authorities to do the needful at the earliest.
