Subject- Complain about the misbehavior of the delivery boy

Dear Sir

This is to bring your kind notice that we have ordered headphone sets through Flipkart. When the parcel was opened I found that headphones were in damaged condition.  I placed replacement order and yesterday I got a call from the delivery boy of express bee courier services. He informed me to come to the office of express bee to give  my parcel back. According to your policies you recollect products from door steps. When I reminded the same to the delivery boy he denied to come over here and argued with me.

This is really and unprofessional behaviour of the delivery boy. We ordered through Flipkart because we have good experience of it but this is an unfortunate experience. If you don't take it seriously then it may damage the image you have already built in the market.

Hope you look into the matter personally and such incident won't happen in future.

Thanks and Regards.

Suraj Tripathi
