This article was about the ill effects of television and video games. Video games and television are indeed a great source of entertainment but if used too much it can affect us badly. Since the device reflects blue light it can be dangerous for our eyes. Blue Light is present everywhere but exposure to this light from a long period of time can affect retinal cells and cause vision problems.
