While many of us enjoy staying connected on social media and spend loads of time, I will tell you the negative impacts of it. Social media wastes our time if not used for good purpose. Due to social media we lack social-emotional connection. Now we wish family and friends on special occasions through social media. We might be physically present at a place but not mentally due to our phones. It distracts us during work or while studying and even when we try to sleep. The urge to check messages and notifications distract our mind.
Social media has pros too. We can use social media to stand up against injustice. It helps to increase business as everyone nowadays uses social media. Promoting on social media helps boost sales. We can reach out to a lot of people in a short and easy way. If used properly social media can help a lot. Say hello to uncle and aunty.
