sub: complaining regarding the return of defective containers of mineral water

I being a responsible citizen of the society would like to draw your attention to the issue of defective containers of mineral water. I have been highlighting this issue since 5 months ago and no doubt due to your kind attention we could get the clean containers again but I must bring it to your notice that the issue has started troubling again.

I feel this is not a small issue where everyone drinks the mineral water considering it safe to drink. every person including the older people, tourists, and children everyone drinks the water. but if the water is not clean no one would prefer to drink it and the ones who drink the water will become the ultimate reason for their health issues.

hence I request you to kindly enter into this issue so that we could drink mineral water with ease and comfort. hopefully, you will try to understand the urgency of the issue.
