I have recently purchased a wrist watch for an amount of Rs. 4500 from one of the H.M.T. outlets in Chandigarh and I am not all satisfied with the product. Just after 5 days of work, the battery was no longer functional and it started showing wrong dates. I faced problem in my office meeting when it got missed due to wrong timing at such an urgent hour. Also, the alarm does not ring every morning. This is really shocking from a watch-brand as yours. I have also enclosed details about the guarantee and warranty period of this watch that I received while purchase.
I would immediately request to replace my watch or refund me the total payment immediately. I have deposited the watch in your head center located nearest to my residence i.e. near 450, Sector 20.
