Sir,

I have recently purchased a wrist watch for an amount of Rs. 4500 from one of the H.M.T stores in Chandigarh near sector 20. I am not satisfied with the product.as after a day of work,it was no longer functional and it started showing wrong date and time.

I faced a lot of problem as i am a student and i have to do all of my work according to a fixed schedule. Also, the alarm does not ring every morning. This is really shocking from a well known brand as yours. I have also enclosed details about the guarantee and warranty period of this watch that I received whilethe purchase of this watch.

I request you to replace my watch with that of the same make and size.

I hope you will solve my problem at the earliest.

Respected Manager,

This is to bring to your attention that I had purchased a Sony Bravia 55 inch HD LED television set from your showroom on the 12th of October 2020. However for the past 1 month my HDMI port is non functional. I think it is defective.

The TV keeps going into sleep mode and it can be very annoying.

I purchased the television set on the 12th of October and paid 66,000/-. I would like a replacement as it is well within the warranty time frame.
