Dear Sir,

I am sorry to inform you that two weeks ago, I have purchased a Wrist watch of Titan brand worth Rs. 6,700 from your outlet vide Cash Memo No. 0209 dated May 11, 2021 having 6 months of guarentee period. To my utter disappointment, the product has not performed well. Since last 5 days, I have noticed that the watch doesn't give correct time as well as the alarm doesn't ring at time. I have already replaced the battery of the watch thinking that the problem might be solved by it. But it results nothing. I was not expecting such act of neglect from such a renowned store.

Therefore, to resolve the problem, I would appreciate you changing the wrist watch with a new well functioning model of same brand at earliest. I have hereby, enclosed the recepit and details about the guarantee period of the watch that I received while purchasing it.
