Sir,

I am the manager of Diwakar Company, Mr Amit Trivedi. Our company excels in the production of drawing boards of the finest quality. Various materials are used for the production of boards.

I wish to submit the quotation of drawing boards, but lack of information restricts me. I want to know about exact dimensions and material required by you for the boards. Also, I would like to know the format of soft copy of quotations?
