Respected sir,
I ordered the books from your company. The books I received were not the books which I ordered. I opened the box and read the title of the books. they were different.
I request you to change that books. I didn't opened the books so you can take it. Your workers told that if the order is not correct you can change it. That's why I opened the box.
Hope you understood my situation and change that books.
yours faithfully,
Varun Joshi ¥
