I bought sports good and equipment in bulk from your showroom on November 5, 2017, sale no. 6383. I regret to inform you that most of the goods are defective. There are cracks in the bats; cuts on the wicket keeping gloves; balls out of shape; and the practice net is torn at many places. I really had to feel very embarrassed in front of the management.

I have been a regular customer of your products since 2007. You can look up my purchase record in your system. My customer identity is given on the invoice I am attaching with this letter. I appeal to you to replace the defective sports goods and equipment. Looking forward to prompt response.
