Dear Sir
I am subash. I ordered some woolen clothes fr your shop on December 2. They received me on December 19. I was promised the delivery by December 10 but it got delayed by 9 days. The items I received are not of satisfactory quality. This type of after sales service is not expected from your renowed shop.

Kindly send someone to return or replace our order as soon as possible. I am attaching a copy of bill with this letter.
