Subject : Complaint about a Washing Machine

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to inform you that six months ago, I have purchased a Washing Machine of Whirlpool brand from your outlet vide Cash Memo No. 1603 dated December 02, 2020 having two years of guarentee period. For about five months, its performance was satisfactory. But to my utter disappointment, it has started giving trouble since last month. The machine switched off its own all of a sudden and also makes unbearable noise whenever it's switched on. Moreover, it does not wash and dry clothes properly.

Under these circumstances, the Washing Machine can not be accepted. Therefore, you are requested to take the machine and replace it with a new one at earliest since the machine is within the guarantee period.
