this complaint is with reference to the xyz visa from your Store at 19 March 2020 with receipt number 445.

the geyser is defective as I have encounter the following defect

1. the geyser is consuming lot of electricity
2. it is giving current also when we touch it
3. it does not warm the water

to resolve this problem completely I would like to exchange this geyser with new one of the same model that work properly or I would like a refund of my money
