starting u start with respected /dear sir or madam..... then subject, then you tell your name, then the reason for writing the letter, next paragraph------- you have to write for this particular reason I'm taking leave. you mostly don't say fever or so, but say I'm having a trip or some function, and then yours faithfully (ur name)
