Dear ma'am,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my problem.Yesterday I revived the parcel of books from you depot Karnal and I found most of the books are damaged and few books , pages are not properly printed and pages are missing etc..

Some books are missly send here. This cause problems for me in exams, my exams are nearby and request you to give me a proper books without any damages.

I request you to take necessary action. your action will be highly appreciated.

Subject : Complaining about the Damaged books

Dear Ma'am

Thourgh this letter I want to draw a kind attention for my parcel I received yesterday. When, I write you a letter for placing order. I simply write that in the case of the damaged parcel. The parcel will be returned to you. And, when your letter came for the bill you have also written that there would be no damaged parcle but by chance if there is damaged parcel. You will exchange that.

But when i opened the parcel i saw that there wad not a single book which was not damaged. All the books are damaged. Some books didn't have cover also. And some are written by rats. Paper was not printed. So, i am requesting you to exchange my parcel. If this time also there is No proper packaging or i found a damaged book then tge book will be return to you and money will also be not given to you. I am sending that books to you for exchanging them.
