Respected Manager,

This is to bring to your attention that I had purchased a Sony Bravia 55 inch HD LED television set from your showroom on the 12th of October 2020. However for the past 1 month my HDMI port is non functional. I think it is defective.

The TV keeps going into sleep mode and it can be very annoying.

I purchased the television set on the 12th of October and paid 66,000/-. I would like a replacement as it is well within the warranty time frame.

Will be waiting for a quick response.

Subject = Malfunctioning of T.V.

On 5th of Septemper I pace an order for T.V. and I received it on 8th of September. When it came it was working properly but after that the T.V was not functioning properly.

I am very much dissapointed with the behaviour of your staff, as I have repeteadly visited your store. But none of the the staff took any action regarding this.

Therefore, I want you to see the product and replace it as soon as possible.
